1eee Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

Welcome to 1eee. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 1eee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 1eee website, mobile application and all gaming services made available through them.

By registering an account on 1eee, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If any part of these Terms is unclear to you, please contact our support team before registering. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

To register and maintain an account on 1eee, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

Accounts found to be duplicates (multiple accounts registered by the same person) will be closed. Balances held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Any bonuses obtained through multi-accounting will be removed and the player may be permanently banned from the platform.

1eee supports deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. Mobile wallet deposits are also supported. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of deposit.

All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum amounts displayed in the Cashier section. Minimum deposit amounts are kept low to make the platform accessible to all Pakistan players regardless of budget. The specific limits applicable to your account and chosen payment method are shown during the deposit process.

Deposits made by JazzCash and Easypaisa typically credit to your 1eee balance instantly or within a very short processing window. Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on your bank or card provider. 1eee is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

• You may only deposit funds that are your own. Depositing on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties will be returned and may trigger a review of your account.
• 1eee does not charge a deposit fee from our side, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Any such charges are your responsibility.
• Deposits made in error or that you believe have not credited correctly should be reported to our support team promptly. Do not open a dispute with your payment provider before contacting 1eee support, as this may complicate resolution.

Withdrawals from your 1eee account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. If a direct return is not possible, our support team will work with you to arrange an alternative withdrawal channel from the supported methods listed above.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed identity verification. This is a one-time requirement and once your account is verified, subsequent withdrawals proceed without the same delay. Withdrawal requests submitted before verification is complete will be held pending until verification is satisfactory.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe displayed in the Cashier section for each payment method.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals.
• The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in the Cashier section and vary by payment method.
• Only real-money balances (funds deposited by you or credited as verified winnings) are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus credit that has not completed the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• 1eee reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This is a standard security measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

1eee regularly offers bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback deals and other incentives to registered players. The specific terms of each individual promotion — including the bonus amount, qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds where applicable, and expiry period — are stated on the Promotions page at the time the offer is live.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on 1eee unless the individual promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• All bonus credit carries a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of associated winnings can be made. The wagering multiple (for example, 20x or 30x) is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Bonus credit and real-money balance are tracked separately in your account. Real-money balance is used first in all wagers unless a specific promotion requires otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play. Any strategy or approach that 1eee reasonably determines is designed primarily to extract bonus value rather than engage with the platform in good faith constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the removal of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, household, device, IP address and payment method applies.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are removed from the account automatically.
• 1eee reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any bonus credit already used in completed wagers will be honoured.

• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or any technical error that interrupts a game round in progress, the round will be voided and the stake returned to your account balance. This policy applies to all game types.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1eee and constitute a serious breach of these Terms. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, legal action:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on 1eee, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner not consistent with legitimate recreational play, including but not limited to systematically low-risk wagering designed solely to meet wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, tournament results or table game play in a way that disadvantages other participants or the platform.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Depositing using fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment details, or initiating unjustified chargebacks after using deposited funds.
• Money laundering: Using 1eee in any way to process, conceal or legitimise funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Impersonation: Creating an account using another person's identity, documents or payment details.
• Interference with platform integrity: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the 1eee platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 1eee login credentials — including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. 1eee staff will never ask you for your password. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 1eee support immediately. We will assist you in securing the account, reviewing recent activity and taking appropriate action. 1eee is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred because you shared or inadequately protected your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 1eee account that you do not use on any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available in your account settings.
• Do not access your 1eee account on shared devices or public Wi-Fi networks without appropriate precautions.
• Log out of your account when you have finished a session, particularly on shared or mobile devices.
