Creating a 1eee account is straightforward. Head to the Register page, fill in your mobile number, choose a username and set a strong password. You'll need to be 18 or older to register. Once your details are submitted, your account is ready and you can log in immediately. Make sure the mobile number you use is one you have regular access to — it's needed for account recovery and payment verification.

On the Login page you'll find a "Forgot Password?" link. Tap it and enter your registered mobile number. A verification code will be sent to that number. Enter the code, set a new password and you're back in. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, please reach out to our support team via the contact details on this page.

No. Each person is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and any associated balances forfeited. If you think your original account has been locked or you've lost access, use the password reset option rather than registering again. This policy exists to keep the platform fair for everyone and to prevent bonus abuse.

Log in to your account and navigate to your Profile or Settings section. Most standard details can be updated directly from there. For a mobile number change, an additional verification step is required to make sure it's genuinely you making the request. 1eee does not charge its own fees on deposits. However, your payment provider — for example JazzCash or your bank — may apply their own transaction charges. These are outside 1eee's control. Withdrawals

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal page. Select your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR you wish to withdraw, and confirm. Make sure your payment details are correctly saved in your profile before submitting. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed as quickly as possible, with most going through within a few hours during normal operating periods.

Occasionally a withdrawal may be delayed due to a routine security check, incomplete account verification, or a pending wagering requirement on an active bonus. Bank transfers can also take longer than mobile wallet transfers depending on your bank. If your withdrawal has been pending for an unusually long time, check your account's verification status and make sure no active bonus conditions are blocking the request.

For security reasons, withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
